      Abstract
      Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu sistem yang terdiri atas berbagai aktivitas yang saling berhubungan dan tidak berjalan secara terpisah. PT United Tractors Tbk, sebagai salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di bidang alat berat, pertambangan dan konstruksi, telah menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan mendukung keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan PT United Tractors Tbk Cabang Tarakan tentang work life balance dan produktivitas karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh dimensi work life balance terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu, analisis deskriptif dan analisis dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap work life balance dan produktivitas kerja tergolong kriteria baik, selanjutnya work life balance berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan memiliki kemampuan untuk membedakan dan memahami posisi dan tanggung jawabnya saat bekerja, baik dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun di tempat kerja.
       
      Human resource management is a system consisting of various activities that are interconnected and do not run separately. PT United Tractors Tbk, as one of the leading companies in the field of heavy equipment, mining and construction, has shown a strong commitment in creating a conducive work environment and supporting the balance between work and personal life of employees. This study aims to identify the perceptions of PT United Tractors Tbk Tarakan Branch employees about work life balance and employee productivity and analyze the influence of work life balance dimensions on employee productivity. The method used is descriptive analysis and analysis with SEM-PLS. It can be concluded that employees have the ability to distinguish and understand their positions and responsibilities at work, both in their personal lives and in the workplace.
