dc.description.abstractUNUN SYARIFAH. Pengaruh Motivasi dan Pelatihan terhadap Kompetensi ASN Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang. Dibimbing oleh FURQON SYARIEF HIDAYATULLOH. UMKM menjadi penopang utama perekonomian Indonesia dengan kontribusi 61% terhadap PDB nasional pada 2024. Dalam konteks tersebut, kompetensi ASN Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM memiliki peran strategis sebagai fasilitator daerah dalam mendukung kontribusi UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan terhadap kompetensi ASN di Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan sensus terhadap 70 ASN melalui kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi ASN, dengan pelatihan menjadi faktor yang paling dominan. Analisis deskriptif memperlihatkan persepsi positif yang menekankan pentingnya kesesuaian pelatihan dengan tujuan organisasi serta terjalinnya hubungan baik antara ASN dan atasan. Temuan penelitian ini menjadi dasar dalam perumusan program integrasi Training Needs Analysis dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk membentuk ASN yang kompeten, adaptif, dan disiplin, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi terhadap pengembangan UMKM daerah dan stabilitas perekonomian. dc.description.abstractUNUN SYARIFAH. The Influence of Motivation and Training on Competence of Civil Servants at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs in Magelang Regency. Supervised by FURQON SYARIEF HIDAYATULLOH. MSMEs are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, contributing 61% to the national GDP in 2024. In this context, the competence of civil servants at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs plays a strategic role as regional facilitators in supporting MSME contributions. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and training on the competence of civil servants at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs in Magelang Regency. The research was conducted using a census approach involving 70 civil servants through questionnaires, with data analyzed SEM-PLS and descriptive analysis. The results indicate that both motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on civil servant competence, with training being the most dominant factor. The descriptive analysis shows positive perceptions, emphasizing the importance of aligning training materials with organizational objectives and maintaining good relationships between civil servants and their supervisors. These findings serve as the basis for formulating integrated Training Needs Analysis and sustainable training programs to develop competent, adaptive, and disciplined civil servants, while simultaneously strengthening MSME development at the regional level and supporting economic stability.
