      Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mohairson Pawan Khatulistiwa

      Abstract
      Sektor kehutanan Indonesia menyumbang Rp598,73 triliun terhadap PDB nasional dalam periode tahun 2020-2024, menandakan peran strategis yang terus meningkat. Kondisi ini menuntut perusahaan kehutanan menjaga kinerja optimal melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan, work life balance, dan kinerja karyawan serta menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS dengan objek penelitian 65 karyawan PT Mohairson Pawan Khatulistiwa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap ketiga variabel tergolong pada kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan dengan dimensi direktif sebagai kontributor terbesar, sedangkan work life balance tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menyoroti bahwa pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan lebih besar dibandingkan work life balance dalam meningkatkan kinerja, sehingga efektivitas kepemimpinan direktif menjadi prioritas utama sementara work life balance tetap dikelola.
       
      The forestry sector in Indonesia contributed IDR 598.73 trillion to the national GDP during 2020–2024, indicating its growing strategic role. This condition requires forestry companies to maintain optimal performance through effective human resource management. This study aims to identify employees’ perceptions of leadership style, work life balance, and employee performance, as well as to analyze the influence of leadership style and work life balance on employee performance. The research employed descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS with 65 employees of PT Mohairson Pawan Khatulistiwa as respondents. The results show that employees’ perceptions of the three variables fall into the good category. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, with the directive dimension as the largest contributor, while work life balance has no significant effect. These findings highlight that the direct influence of leadership style is greater than work life balance in improving performance, making the effectiveness of directive leadership a primary priority while work life balance remains managed.
