| dc.description.abstract | Tingginya tingkat pengangguran lulusan pendidikan tinggi menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi peningkatan kompetensi alumni Departemen Manajemen. Objek penelitian ini adalah 154 alumni Departemen Manajemen angkatan 53-57 (2016-2020) yang bekerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Net Promoter Score (NPS). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa magang memberikan manfaat sangat tinggi dan alumni telah menguasai kompetensi berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran lulusan. Hasil IPA menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi masuk dalam kuadran concentrate here. Hasil NPS menunjukkan bahwa alumni memiliki loyalitas positif. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar perumusan program Teaching Lab University yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan magang bagi mahasiswa langsung dan mengembangkan skill yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The high unemployment rate among higher education graduates indicates a gap between graduates’ competencies and the needs of the labor market. The objective of this study is to formulate strategies for enhancing the competencies of the Department’s alumni. The research subjects are 154 alumni of the Department of Management from batch 53-57 (2016–2020) who are currently employed. The methods employed include descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The descriptive analysis results indicate that internships provide very high benefits and that alumni have mastered the competencies based on the graduate learning outcomes. The IPA results show that communication skills fall into the “concentrate here” quadrant. The NPS results indicate that alumni demonstrate positive loyalty. This research serves as the basis for formulating the Teaching Lab University program, which aims to provide students with direct internship opportunities and develop the skills required in the labor market. | |
