      Abstract
      Kemudahan pembayaran digital bagi Generasi Z dapat mendorong perilaku konsumtif jika tidak disertai literasi keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan pembayaran digital terhadap financial management dan digital financial literacy Generasi Z di JABODETABEK; menganalisis pengaruh digital financial literacy terhadap financial managerment; dan menganalisis peran mediasi digital financial literacy dalam hubungan antara kemudahan pembayaran digital dan financial management. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari literatur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 408 responden generasi Z di JABODETABEK. Data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan pembayaran digital berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial management, namun berpengaruh positif terhadap digital financial literacy. Digital financial literacy juga berpengaruh positif terhadap financial management serta terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kemudahan pembayaran digital dan financial management. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan digital financial literacy menjadi faktor kunci untuk memaksimalkan dampak positif kemudahan pembayaran digital terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan di kalangan Gen Z.
       
      The rise of digital payment systems may lead to impulsive spending among Generation Z if not accompanied by adequate financial literacy. This study examines the impact of digital payment convenience on financial management and digital financial literacy, as well as the mediating role of digital financial literacy. Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 408 Generation Z respondents in JABODETABEK through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS. Results show that digital payment convenience negatively affects financial management but positively affects digital financial literacy. Digital financial literacy significantly improves financial management and mediates the relationship, highlighting its crucial role in helping Generation Z make responsible financial decisions.
