dc.description.abstractPendidikan Indonesia menempati peringkat ke-4 dari lima negara ASEAN menurut IMD World Competitiveness Center 2024, menegaskan urgensi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan tenaga kerja yang selaras dengan kebutuhan industri. Sharia Banker Development Program (SBDP) Nanobank Syariah merupakan program pelatihan di sektor keuangan syariah hasil kolaborasi PT Nanobank Syariah dan Lembaga Kepemimpinan dan Pendidikan Eksekutif (LKPE) IPB University. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi dan mengevaluasi efektivitas SBDP Nanobank Syariah 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mix methods dengan 38 responden, melalui analisis deskriptif menggunakan NVivo 15, gap analysis, Return on Training Investment (ROTI), dan diagram SIPOC. Hasil menunjukkan implementasi program telah mengacu pada RPS Ekonomi Syariah dan SKKNI BPRS. Pada level reaksi, peserta merasa puas terhadap pelatihan. Pada level pembelajaran mencapai kompetensi implementasi akad. Level perilaku, peserta minat bekerja di keuangan syariah. Level hasil cukup puas merekomendasikan program. ROTI bernilai positif. Disarankan perbaikan jadwal dan penambahan materi teknis guna meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan.
dc.description.abstractIndonesia's education ranks fourth out of five ASEAN countries according to the IMD World Competitiveness Center 2024, indicating an urgent need to improve the quality of education and workforce training aligned with industry demands. The Sharia Banker Development Program (SBDP) Nanobank Syariah is a training program in the Islamic finance sector organized through a collaboration between PT Nanobank Syariah and LKPE of IPB University. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of the SBDP Nanobank Syariah 2025. The research method includes a mixed-methods approach with 38 respondents, employing descriptive analysis using NVivo 15, gap analysis, ROTI, and SIPOC diagram. The results of the study indicate that the program implementation aligns with the Islamic Economics Curriculum (RPS) and SKKNI BPRS. At the reaction level, participants expressed satisfaction with the training. At the learning level, participants achieved competency in implementing Islamic contracts. At the behavioral level, participants demonstrated interest in working in Islamic finance. At the outcome level, participants were sufficiently satisfied to recommend the program. ROTI result is positive. Improvements are needed program schedule and the addition of technical content are recommended to enhance the effectiveness of the training
