      Abstract
The increase in Artemia sp. nutrients can be done using the enrichment method. This study aims to evaluate the enrichment of Artemia sp. using whey protein on nutrient content. This study has the following treatments; control, 50, 75, and 100 mg L–1 with sampling every 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. This study used a counteiner measuring 20x20x50 cm and a salinity of 30–33 ppt. Protein in treatments 50 and 75 decreased at enrichment durations of 90 minutes and 120 minutes, while for treatment 100 it increased at enrichment durations of 90 minutes and decreased at enrichment durations of 120 minutes. The highest protein content was in treatment 50 with enrichment durations of 30 and 60 minutes of 55.93%. All treatments experienced a decrease in protein levels at a duration of 120 minutes. The lowest fat content was found in treatment 75 with a duration of 60 minutes which had a fat content of 2.73%, while the highest fat content was found in treatment 75 with a duration of 30 minutes of 4.47%. Changes in nutrient values in Artemia sp. enriched using whey protein occurred because the duration of enrichment was not optimal.
