      Abstract
      Isu keberlanjutan semakin menjadi perhatian utama dalam dunia bisnis, mendorong perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ramah lingkungan ke dalam strategi operasionalnya, salah satunya dengan penerapan green human resource management (GHRM), yaitu pengelolaan SDM yang mendukung praktik keberlanjutan. Di sisi lain, Generasi Z sebagai kelompok demografis dominan di pasar tenaga kerja masa depan dikenal memiliki kepedulian tinggi terhadap isu lingkungan, sehingga preferensi mereka terhadap perusahaan yang menerapkan GHRM menjadi penting untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh GHRM terhadap job pursuit intention (JPI) Generasi Z di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendektan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GHRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap JPI. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan GHRM dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk menarik perhatian dan minat Generasi Z yang peduli terhadap lingkungan.
       
      Sustainability issues have become an increasingly critical concern in the business world, encouraging companies to integrate environmentally friendly values into their operational strategies such as green human resource management (GHRM), which involves managing human resources in ways that support. On the other hand, Generation Z, recognized as a dominant demographic in the future labor market, is known for its strong environmental awareness, making their preferences toward companies implementing GHRM a relevant area of study. This research aims to examine the influence of GHRM on the job pursuit intention (JPI) of Generation Z in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis. The results reveal that GHRM has a positive and significant effect on JPI. These findings suggest that the implementation of GHRM serves as an effective strategy for attracting environmentally conscious members of Generation Z.
