      Food Loss Data Management Design in Odoo ERP Implementation for Business Process Efficiency at SME

      Abstract
      Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) faced challenges in management and mitigating food loss due to manual, non-integrated, and slow data recording processes that hindered analysis. This project aims to design and implement a custom food loss data management module on the Odoo ERP platform to improve operational efficiency. The research method employed a systems engineering design framework integrating Design Thinking and Agile Scrum. The result is a functional prototype capable of structurally recording loss data, automating workflows with the Inventory module, and providing real-time analytics to calculate financial losses and estimate carbon footprints. Performance evaluation revealed an overall process efficiency improvement of 82,07%, and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) yielded an acceptance rate of 96.15%, confirming the system is highly beneficial and user-friendly. This module implementation transforms a reactive system into a proactive, measurable, and data-driven food loss management platform.
       
      Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen dan memitigasi food loss akibat proses pencatatan yang manual, tidak terintegrasi, dan lambat dalam menyediakan data untuk analisis. Proyek ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan modul manajemen data food loss kustom pada platform ERP Odoo untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Metode pelaksanaan proyek menggunakan kerangka desain rekayasa sistem yang mengintegrasikan Design Thinking dan Agile Scrum. Hasilnya adalah sebuah prototipe fungsional yang mampu mencatat data kerugian secara terstruktur, mengotomatiskan alur kerja dengan modul Inventory, serta menyediakan fitur analitik real-time untuk menghitung kerugian finansial dan estimasi jejak karbon. Evaluasi kinerja menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi proses keseluruhan sebesar 82,07%, dan hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan 96.15%, yang membuktikan bahwa sistem dinilai sangat bermanfaat dan mudah digunakan. Implementasi modul ini mengubah sistem reaktif menjadi platform manajemen food loss yang proaktif, terukur, dan berbasis data.
