      Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Tanaman Hias CV Minaqu Indonesia di Pasar Domestik

      Abstract
      Potensi tanaman hias Indonesia belum dikembangkan dengan maksimal. CV Minaqu Indonesia memanfaatkan peluang tersebut sebagai perusahaan yang berfokus pada penjualan tanaman hias. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memformulasikan strategi pengembangan usaha tanaman hias di pasar domestik. Metode analisis yang digunakan, yaitu matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, dan QSPM. Perusahaan memiliki peluang utama permintaan terhadap tanaman hias semakin meningkat seiring dengan tren gaya hidup, kesadaran akan manfaat tanaman hias dan urbanisasi yang tinggi dan kekuatan utama pada Visi dan Misi yang jelas dengan skor matriks EFE dan IFE sebesar 3,4117 dan 3,1169. Hasil analisis matriks IE menunjukkan perusahaan berada pada kuadran satu (Tumbuh dan membangun), hal tersebut menunjukkan perusahaan memiliki kondisi eksternal dan internal yang baik. Hasil Matriks SWOT menghasilkan enam alternatif strategi dengan analisis matriks QSPM menunjukkan melakukan inovasi produk sebagai strategi dengan prioritas utama.
       
      The potential of Indonesian ornamental plants has not been developed optimally. CV Minaqu Indonesia takes advantage of this opportunity as a company that focuses on selling ornamental plants. The study aims to formulate a strategy for developing ornamental plant businesses in the domestic market. The analysis methods used are the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The company has the opportunity for increasing demand for ornamental plants along with lifestyle trends, awareness of the benefits of ornamental plants and high urbanization and the main strength in a clear Vision and Mission with EFE and IFE matrix scores of 3.4117 and 3.1169. The results of the IE matrix analysis show that the company is in quadrant one (Growing and Building), this indicates that the company has good external and internal conditions. The results of the SWOT matrix produce six alternative strategies with the QSPM matrix analysis showing product innovation as a strategy with the main priority.
