      Abstract
      Dunia sedang mengalami transformasi yang begitu cepat dan mengagumkan setelah dua tahun keluar dari krisis dan pandemi, termasuk dalam lanskap sumber daya manusia. Model kerja hibrid menjadi model kerja dengan preferensi tertinggi pada 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan terhadap model kerja hibrid, kesejahteraan subjektif, dan kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh model kerja hibrid terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kesejahteraan subjektif, serta menganalisis peran kesejahteraan subjektif sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di PT XYZ yang bergerak di sektor konsultan jasa keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara model kerja hibrid, kesejahteraan subjektif dan kinerja karyawan serta kesejahteraan subjektif sebagai variabel mediator terdapat hubungan positif signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh antara model kerja hibrid dengan kinerja karyawan.
       
      The world has been going through a rapid and remarkable transformation after two years of coming out of the crisis and pandemic, including in the human capital landscape. The hybrid work model is the work model with the highest preference in 2023. The purpose of this study is to identify employee perceptions of hybrid work models, subjective well-being, and employee performance, analyze the effect of hybrid work models on employee performance and subjective well-being, and analyze the role of subjective well-being as a mediator variable. This research was conducted at PT XYZ which is engaged in the financial services consulting sector. This research uses quantitative data derived from primary and secondary sources. This research uses descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. Based on the research, there is a positive and significant relationship between the hybrid work model, subjective well-being and employee performance. Subjective wellbeing as a mediator variable has a significant positive relationship in mediating the influence between the hybrid work model and employee performance.
