      Pengaruh Fleksibilitas Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Hybrid Working Generasi Z dan Milenial Pada PT XYZ

      Abstract
      Generasi Z dan Milenial memiliki kontribusi besar dalam ketersediaan SDM dalam Angkatan Kerja Indonesia 2023 menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik. Menurut Deloitte pada 2022, tren hybrid working semakin populer dan disukai oleh generasi ini sebagai model kerja mereka. PT XYZ memahami pentingnya solusi strategis untuk beradaptasi dengan situasi ini untuk mempertahankan produktivitas dan menambah daya tarik perusahaan dengan berfokus pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan riset dari Knight Frank pada 2022, fleksibilitas kerja dianggap sebagai faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi karyawan PT XYZ tentang fleksibilitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja, serta menganalisis pengaruh fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyatakan karyawan memiliki persepsi yang baik tentang fleksibilitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti tingkat kepuasan kerja akan meningkat jika karyawan mendapatkan fleksibilitas kerja yang lebih baik.
       
      Generation Z and Millennials have a major contribution in the availability of human resources in Indonesia's workforce in 2023 according to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics. According to Deloitte in 2022, the hybrid working trend is increasingly popular and preferred by this generation as their working model. PT XYZ understands the importance of strategic solutions in adapt to this situation to maintain productivity and increase company attractiveness by focusing on employee job satisfaction. Based on research from Knight Frank in 2022, work flexibility is considered an important factor in achieving this goal. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of PT XYZ employees about work flexibility and job satisfaction, and analyze the effect of work flexibility on job satisfaction. This research uses descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis. The results stated that employees have a good perception of work flexibility and job satisfaction. Job flexibility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the level of job satisfaction will increase if employees get better job flexibility.
