Pengaruh Pelatihan Berbasis In House Training Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Funding PT Bank XYZ Kantor Wilayah Jakarta
Abstract
PT Bank XYZ menjadi salah satu perusahan perbankan dengan perolehan laba yang tinggi bersanding dengan perusahaan perbankan di bawah BUMN lainnya. Bank XYZ terus berusaha memberikan fasilitas yang maksimal untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, salah satunya karyawan funding sebagai salah satu tenaga pemasar yang dimiliki Bank XYZ. Upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan funding dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kegiatan pelatihan berbasis in house training. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis persepsi karyawan funding terhadap pelatihan berbasis in house training dan kinerja, serta pengaruh pelatihan berbasis in house training terhadap kinerja karyawan funding. Penelitian dilakukan kepada karyawan funding Bank XYZ Kantor Wilayah Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling dan melibatkan 88 karyawan funding. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan funding terhadap pelatihan dan kinerja dikategorikan sangat baik, artinya karyawan funding merasa pelatihan berbasis in house training dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik dan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan funding. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya pelatihan berbasis in house training efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan funding. PT Bank XYZ became one of the banking companies with high profits, alongside other BUMN banks. Bank XYZ continuously endeavored to provide maximum facilities to improve the performance of its employees, including the funding employees, who were one of Bank XYZ’s marketing staff. Efforts to improve the performance of funding employees were made by providing in-house training-based activities. The purpose of this research was to analyze funding employees' perceptions of in-house training and performance, as well as the influence of in-house training on funding employees' performance. The research was conducted on funding employees at Bank XYZ Regional Office Jakarta using purposive sampling, involving 88 funding employees. The research was analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicated that funding employees’ perceptions of training and performance were categorized as very good, meaning that funding employees felt that in-house training was conducted very well and was effective in enhancing their performance. Training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, showing that in house training was effective in improving the performance of funding employees.
