      Abstract
      Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan terlatih sangat penting dalam mengelola kapal dan mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan pelayaran di Indonesia. PT PELNI (Persero) sebagai perusahaan pelayaran dengan status BUMN dituntut untuk memiliki crew kapal berkualitas dengan pengelolaan maritime human resources yang optimal. Namun dalam mencapai hal itu, PT PELNI (Persero) memiliki permasalahan utama yang dihadapi terkait kurangnya efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam maritime human resources. Tugas akhir skripsi melalui magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis formulasi strategi yang tepat bagi permasalahan maritime human resources pada PT PELNI (Persero) tersebut. Tugas akhir magang ini dilaksanakan selama bulan Maret - April 2024. Jenis data dalam skripsi ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui observasi, in-depth interview, dan studi dokumentasi, serta metode penarikan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam skripsi magang ini adalah scenario planning atau analisis TAIDA, serta menggunakan fishbone diagram dalam tahapan tracking. Hasil dari skripsi magang ini yaitu usulan proyek penggunaan jasa crew manning agency sebagai formulasi strategi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan.
       
      Qualified and trained human resources are essential in managing ships and optimizing the performance of shipping companies in Indonesia of shipping companies in Indonesia. PT PELNI (Persero) as a shipping company with BUMN status is required to have a quality crew with optimal management of maritime human resources. However, to achieve this, PT PELNI (Persero) has major problems related to the lack of effectiveness and efficiency in maritime human resources. The purpose of this internship thesis is to analyze the formulation of the right strategy for the maritime human resources problem at PT PELNI (Persero). The final phase of this project was completed in April 2024 - March 2024. The data type in this manuscript is qualitative, utilizing methods of data collection such as observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and information gathering via purposive sampling. The method used in this internship thesis is scenario planning or TAIDA analysis and uses fishbone diagrams in the tracking stage. The result of this internship thesis is a project proposal to use the services of a crew manning agency as the right strategy formulation to overcome the problem.
