dc.description.abstractSalah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Bogor yaitu Sekolah XYZ belum menerapkan sistem kompensasi dengan baik untuk diberikan kepada para guru. Maka dari itu, Sekolah XYZ memerlukan perbaikan sistem kompensasi agar mencapai sistem kompensasi yang ideal dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesejahteraan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem kompensasi, menganalisis faktor-faktor dasar dalam penetapan sistem kompensasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi sistem perancangan kompensasi yang ideal bagi Sekolah XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2024 sampai Juni 2024. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif, point system method, job grading, salary mapping, serta adjustment. Data primer berupa wawancara dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Faktor kompensasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, kemampuan berkomunikasi, pemikiran konseptual, inisiatif, usaha fisik, kebebasan bertindak, kompleksitas, pengambilan keputusan, serta dampak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa sistem kompensasi yang ideal untuk diterapkan adalah sistem kompensasi overlapping (tumpang tindih).
dc.description.abstractOne of the vocational high schools in Bogor Regency, Sekolah XYZ, has not implemented a good compensation system for teachers. Therefore, XYZ School needs to improve the compensation system in order to achieve the ideal compensation system and can improve the quality of education and teacher welfare. The purpose of this study was to analyze the compensation system, analyze the basic factors in determining the compensation system, and provide recommendations for the ideal compensation design system for XYZ School. The research was conducted in February 2024 to June 2024. The research method was descriptive analysis method, point system method, job grading, salary mapping, and adjustment. Primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of literature studies. The compensable factors used in this research included education, work experience, communication skills, conceptual thinking, initiative, physical effort, independence of action, complexity, decision making, and impact. Based on the results of the research, it was known the ideal compensation system to be applied was the overlapping compensation system.
