dc.description.abstractPengolahan hasil ternak merupakan salah satu usaha andalan dalam dunia bisnis dan sangat diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu usaha olahan yang banyak digemari yaitu ayam goreng crispy yang memiliki persaingan kuat saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan usaha Ayam Crispy A yang ditinjau dari aspek finansial dan gambaran produksi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis finansial dengan metode perhitungan Break Even Point, B/C Ratio, Net Present Value dan Internal Rate of Return serta analisis deskriptif mengenai gambaran produksi Ayam Crispy A. Daging ayam menjadi sumber protein di Indonesia dikarenakan tingginya konsumsi dan daya beli daging ayam, harga yang ekonomis dan potensial serta proses pengolahan yang mudah dan banyaknya inovasi yang dapat dilakukan sehingga dapat menjadikan nilai tambah yang menguntungkan. Produksi ayam crispy dimulai dari tahap thawing, penepungan, penggorengan dan penyajian. Pada hasil perhitungan analisis finansial, didapatkan bahwa nilai BEP Penerimaan lebih besar dari pengeluaran, nilai B/C ratio lebih besar dari 1, nilai NPV lebih besar dari 0 dan nilai IRR yang lebih besar dari suku bunga bank, sehingga usaha Ayam Crispy A layak untuk dijalankan.
dc.description.abstractProcessing livestock products is one of the mainstay businesses in the world and is great demand by Indonesia people. One of the processed business that is favored by the public is crispy fried chicken which has strong competition today. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Ayam Crispy A from the perspective of financial aspects and production overview. The method used in this study is financial analysis using the calculation method of Break Even Point, B/C Ratio, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return as well as descriptive analysis of the production of Ayam Crispy A. Chicken meat is a source of protein in Indonesia due to the high consumption and purchasing power of chicken meat, economical and potential prices as well as easy processing and many innovations that can make it a profitable added value. The production of crispy chicken starts from the thawing, siege, frying and serving. The result of financial calculation found that the BEP value of revenue is greather than expenses, the value of the B/C ratio greater than 1, the NPV value is greater than 0 and the IRR value was greater than the bank interest rate, so that the Ayam Crispy A business was worth running.
