dc.description.abstractPerkembangan sektor barang ataupun jasa semakin meningkat terutama pada sektor jasa transportasi. PT Kereta Api Pariwisata meluncurkan inovasi baru, yaitu kereta panoramic. PT Kereta Api Pariwisata mempertahankan minat penumpang untuk terus menggunakan kembali dengan menerapkan service excellence dan servicescape pada produk dan jasa yang dimilikinya untuk tetap dapat bersaing dan menguasai pangsa pasar. Tujuan penelitian, yaitu menganalisis pengaruh service excellence dan servicescape terhadap intention to reuse kereta panoramic. Sumber data yang digunakan, yaitu data primer diperoleh dengan menyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan membaca literasi jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber bacaan lainnya. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas digunakan sebagai teknik validasi data. Analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS digunakan sebagai metode pengolahan data untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari service excellence dan servicescape terhadap intention to reuse. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa service excellence dan servicescape berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap intention to reuse kereta panoramic.
dc.description.abstractThe development of the goods and services sector is increasing, especially in the transportation services sector. PT Kereta Api Pariwisata launched a new innovation, namely the panoramic train. PT Kereta Api Pariwisata maintains customer interest in continuing to reuse them by applying service excellence and servicescape to its products and services to remain competitive and dominate market share. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of service excellence and servicescape on intention to reuse panoramic trains. The data sources used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data obtained by reading scientific journals, books and other reading sources. Validity tests and reliability tests are used as data validation techniques. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS are used as data processing methods to analyze the influence of service excellence and servicescape on intention to reuse. The results indicate that service excellence and servicescape significantly and positively influence intention to reuse panoramic train.
