      Verifikasi Metode SNI ISO 6888-1:2012 untuk Deteksi Staphylococcus aureus pada Produk Krimer Nabati Bubuk

      Abstract
      Krimer nabati bubuk merupakan produk pengganti susu atau krim berbentuk bubuk yang dibuat dari emulsi nabati dalam air dengan protein susu dan karbohidrat atau protein nabati digunakan untuk minuman, dengan atau bahan tambahan pangan yang diizinkan. Salah satu syarat mutu pada kriteria mikrobiologi produk krimer nabati bubuk yang harus dipenuhi menurut SNI 4444:2018 adalah batas cemaran mikroba Staphylococcus aureus. Metode pengujian mikrobiologi untuk mendeteksi S. aureus pada produk krimer nabati bubuk mengacu pada SNI ISO 6888-1:2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan verifikasi metode pengujian S. aureus di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Balai Besar Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri Agro (BBSPJIA). Verifikasi dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa hasil pengujian akurat dan sesuai dengan standar BBSPJIA. Parameter verifikasi metode uji secara kuantitatif adalah akurasi dan presisi. Hasil akurasi dinyatakan sebagai nilai % recovery dan hasil presisi dinyatakan sebagai nilai RSD. Berdasarkan hasil verifikasi, diperoleh nilai % recovery sebesar 97%–100% dan nilai RSD sebesar 0,0251. Hasil akurasi dan presisi ini telah memenuhi syarat keberterimaan yang ditetapkan oleh BBPSJIA.
       
      Powdered non-dairy creamer is a milk substitute or powder-shaped cream made from vegetable emulsions in water with milk protein and carbohydrates or vegetable protein used for beverages, with or without permitted food additives. One of the quality requirements in the microbiological criteria for powdered non-dairy creamer products that must be met according to SNI 4444:2018 is the limit of microbial contamination by Staphylococcus aureus. The microbiological testing method to detect S. aureus in powdered non-dairy creamer products refers to SNI ISO 6888-1:2012. This research aims to verify the method for testing S. aureus in the Microbiology Laboratory of the Center for Standardization and Agro-Industry Services (BBSPJIA). Verification is carried out to ensure that the test results are accurate and in accordance with the standards of BBSPJIA. The parameters of quantitative method verification are accuracy and precision. Accuracy test results are expressed as % recovery value and precision test results are expressed as RSD value. Based on the verification results, the % recovery value was 97%–100% and the RSD value was 0.0251. These accuracy and precision results have met the acceptance requirements set by BBSPJIA.
