      Analisis Pasar dan Strategi Bisnis dalam Pengembangan Etil Ester Minyak Sacha Inchi sebagai Bahan Baku Kosmetik

      Abstract
      PT Eteris Prima Wiyasa sedang mengembangkan etil ester minyak sacha inchi sebagai bahan baku pembuatan kosmetik. Bisnis ini masih sangat baru bagi perusahaan sehingga belum diketahui biaya produksinya dan belum tersusun strategi bisnis yang tepat berdasarkan kondisi pasar serta lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harga pokok produksi etil ester minyak sacha inchi, menganalisis kondisi pasar, mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan, serta menentukan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk etil ester minyak sacha inchi sebagai bahan baku kosmetik. Harga pokok produksi optimal yang didapatkan adalah Rp354.776 dengan harga jual Rp473.000 per jerigen 800 ml. Hasil dari evaluasi faktor internal dan eskternal menggunakan generative artificial intelligence dan penilaian oleh pakar menunjukkan bahwa kondisi bisnis dalam perusahaan berada pada fase hold and maintain. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan QSPM menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis yang tepat yaitu dengan mengembangkan formulasi produk didukung dengan adanya prototipe serta melengkapi berbagai uji klinis untuk etil ester minyak sacha inchi.
       
      PT Eteris Prima Wiyasa is developing ethyl ester of sacha inchi oil as a raw material for making cosmetics. This business is still very new to the company, so that the cost of production is not yet known and the right business strategy has not been developed based on market conditions and the company's internal and external environment. This study aims to determine the cost of production of sacha inchi oil ethyl ester, analyse market conditions, evaluate internal and external factors of the company, and determine the right business strategy for sacha inchi oil ethyl ester as a cosmetic raw material. The optimal cost of production obtained is Rp354.776 with a selling price of Rp473.000 per 800 ml jerry can. The results of the evaluation of internal and external factors using generative artificial intelligence and expert judgement show that the business conditions in the company are in the hold and maintain phase. The results of the analysis using QSPM show that the right business strategy is to develop product formulations supported by the existence of prototypes and complete various clinical trials for sacha inchi oil ethyl ester.
