      Abstract
PT Kelola Mina Laut Cikande is a canned blue swimming crab meat processing company. The need to improve productivity at the factory underpins this research. Instances of productivity decline are attributed to various factors such as input variations from the miniplant, suboptimal processing, and inadequate handling of fishermen. The research methodology involves primary data collection through direct field observations, interviews with workers and management, and secondary data analysis from company reports. The Pareto method is employed to identify influential factors affecting product yield. The Pareto 80-20 approach reveals defects affecting final products at the miniplant, specifically texture, while shell and texture at the plant. Key factors influencing productivity include crab input quality, worker skills in sorting processes, and temporary storage conditions. Analysis continues with the Five Why method to uncover root causes. The study formulates strategies such as stricter monitoring of sorting activities and selecting more enclosed temporary crab storage before picking processes. Implementation of Pareto analysis-derived recommendations aims to enhance productivity, supporting sustainability and competitiveness in the global market for the company. Furthermore, it aims to contribute positively to Indonesia
