dc.description.abstractPT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi susu krimer kental manis. Kasus keracunan pangan disebabkan oleh kontaminasi silang terjadi dari personal hygiene pekerja. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan pekerja tentang personal hygiene, untuk pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis pengetahuan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Guttman pada pengujian validitas dan pengujian reliabilitas dinyatakan valid dan reliabel didapati nilai tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 91% dengan hasil tingkat pengetahuan baik. Hasil penilaian perilaku pekerja dilakukan observasi secara langsung diperoleh jumlah kejadian ketidaksesuaian perilaku pekerja sebanyak 264 kejadian dengan persentase penilaian ketidaksesuaian sebesar 56.17% dan penilaian penerapan personal hygiene sebesar 70%. Upaya meningkatkan dilakukan dengan adanya program peningkatan personal hygiene. Observasi dilakukan kembali, diperoleh penurunan angka ketidaksesuaian dengan hasil jumlah kejadian ketidaksesuaian perilaku pekerja sebanyak 142 kejadian dengan persentase penilaian ketidaksesuaian sebesar 25.18% dan hasil penilaian penerapan personal hygiene meningkat hingga 83%.
dc.description.abstractPT XYZ is a company that produces sweetened condensed milk creamer. Cases of food poisoning caused by cross-contamination occur from workers' personal hygiene. Knowledge analysis was carried out through a questionnaire with a Guttman scale in validity testing and reliability testing declared valid and reliable obtained a knowledge level value of 91% with the result of a good level of knowledge. The results of the assessment of worker behavior carried out by direct observation obtained the number of incidents of non-conformity of worker behavior as many as 264 events with a percentage of non-conformity assessment of 56.17% and an assessment of the application of personal hygiene of 70%. Efforts to improve are carried out with a personal hygiene improvement program. Observations were carried out again, a decrease in the number of non-conformities was obtained with the results of the number of incidents of non-conformity of worker behavior as many as 142 events with a percentage of non-conformity assessment of 25.18% and the results of the assessment of the application of personal hygiene increased to 83%.
