Rancangan Tata Letak Produksi Beras serta Penentuan Pola Kemitraan Pasokan Gabah di CV. Mekar Jaya

Abstract

Peran beras sebagai makanan pokok bagi sebagian besar penduduk, memiliki pengaruh penting dalam kestabilan ekonomi dan sosial. CV Mekar Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam proses produksi beras. Target pasar yang ingin dicapai oleh CV Mekar Jaya adalah Jakarta Food Station yang memiliki kapasitas produksi minimal sebanyak 200 ton beras per minggu. Hasil eksplorasi mengindikasikan adanya permasalahan dalam mencapai target tersebut diantaranya tata letak proses produksi yang belum efisien karena adanya aliran bolak-balik serta belum adanya pola kemitraan dalam sistem pengadaan gabah. Konsep solusi kemudian dirancang untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan perancangan tata letak dengan algoritma blocplan, penentuan pola kemitraan, serta penentuan target jangkauan kemitraan. Hasil iterasi solusi keteknikan menunjukan tata letak usulan memiliki nilai Adj-Score 0.97, R-Score 0.88 dengan Rel-Dist Score -212, tidak terindikasi adanya aliran balik serta mampu mereduksi jarak sebesar 22.8% dan OMH 16.69% dari tata letak saat ini. Penambahan conveyor menghasilkan OMH sebesar Rp. 1.281.900,32. Kemitraan yang ditentukan yaitu kemitraan berbasis komunitas dengan prinsip transparansi, kejujuran, keadilan dan kesejahteraan bersama. Total jumlah pasokan gabah pada kondisi existing berdasarkan hasil simulasi yaitu rata-rata 247.43 ton gabah/bulan atau belum memenuhi target, sehingga dilakukan perluasan target kemitraan. Target daerah perluasan kemitraan yang terpilih pada Kabupaten Karawang yaitu Kecamatan Tempuran, Kutawaluya, dan Cilamaya Wetan sedangkan pada Kabupaten Subang yaitu Kecamatan Ciasem, Patokbeusi, dan Compreng dengan total ketersediaan mencapai 1800 ton gabah/bulan.

The role of rice as a staple food for the majority of the population has an important influence on economic and social stability. CV Mekar Jaya is a company that operates in the rice production process. The target market that CV Mekar Jaya wants to achieve is the Jakarta Food Station which has a minimum production capacity of 200 tons of rice per week. The exploration results indicate that there are problems in achieving this target, including the layout of the production process being inefficient due to backtracking and the absence of a partnership pattern in the grain procurement system. The solution concept was then designed to answer these problems, namely by designing the layout using the blocplan algorithm, determining the partnership pattern, and determining the target reach of the partnership. The results of the engineering solution iteration show that the proposed layout has an Adj-Score of 0.97, an R-Score of 0.88 with a Rel-Dist Score of -212, there is no indication of backtracking flow and is able to reduce distance by 22.8% and OMH 16.69% from the existing layout. The addition of a conveyor produces an OMH of Rp. 1,281,900.32. The partnership determined is a community-based partnership with the principles of transparency, honesty, justice and mutual prosperity. The amount of grain supply in existing conditions based on simulation results is an average of 247.43 tons of grain/month or has not met the target, so the partnership target has been expanded. The selected target area for partnership expansion is Karawang Regency, namely Tempuran, Kutawaluya, and Cilamaya Wetan Districts, while Subang Regency is Ciasem, Patokbeusi, and Compreng Districts with a total availability of up to 1800 tons of grain/month.
