dc.description.abstractRYAN RIDHAL ADHIM. Pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Konsumen Futura Space and Coffee. Dibimbing oleh MIMIN AMINAH. Futura Space and Coffee merupakan salah satu kafe yang terletak di Kota Bogor berdiri pada tahun 2021 dan berlokasi di Jl. Batu Hulung, Margajaya, Kec. Bogor Barat, Kota Bogor. Kafe ini memberikan suasana kebun dan sawah serta berbagai menu minuman yang beragam yang berdampak pada kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen Futura Space and Coffee. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen yang pernah berkunjung di Futura Space and Coffee dari Agustus sampai dengan September 2023 dan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dari data primer berupa kuesioner dan data sekunder berupa literatur terkait. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS melalui second order construct dengan metode embedded two-srage approach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.
dc.description.abstractFutura Space and Coffee is a cafe located in Bogor City, founded in 2021 and located on Jl. Batu Hulung, Margajaya, District. West Bogor, Bogor City. This cafe provides a garden and rice field atmosphere as well as a varied drink menu which has an impact on consumer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and product quality on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty of Futura Space and Coffee. This research was conducted on consumers who had visited Futura Space and Coffee from August to September 2023 and the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of related literature. The data processing and analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS via second order construct with the embedded two-srage approach method. The research results show that store atmosphere and product quality have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction has a significant influence on consumer loyalty.
