dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok industri rajungan kaleng di PT Kelola Mina Laut (KML) Cikande. Penelitian ini menjawab empat pertanyaan utama: mekanisme rantai pasok produk rajungan kaleng di PT KML Cikande, metode pengukuran kinerjanya, aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan rancangan model pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok. studi ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis proses serta kinerja rantai pasok Menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference Digital Standard (SCOR-DS) v14.0 dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Struktur jaringan rantai pasok mencakup supplier, miniplant, plant, distributor, retail, horeka, dan end customer. Analisis kinerja menggunakan model SCOR-DS dan metode AHP menunjukkan bahwa nilai kinerja miniplant adalah 90,24%, sementara plant adalah 81,81%. Miniplant perlu meningkatkan kinerja supply chain lead time dan tingkat rendemen, sedangkan plant perlu meningkatkan supply chain lead time, tingkat rendemen, order fulfillment cycle time, supply chain flexibility, dan cash-to-cash cycle time. Model pengukuran berbasis Google Spreadsheet dirancang untuk memungkinkan perusahaan mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasok secara berkala berdasarkan model SCOR-DS dan AHP. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aspek rantai pasok yang perlu ditingkatkan berkaitan dengan produktivitas dan waktu siklus pemesanan, serta menyarankan strategi yang ditargetkan untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan di area tersebut. Strategi perbaikan kinerja yang dirumuskan diproyeksikan akan meningkatkan kinerja miniplant menjadi 96,97% dan kinerja plant menjadi 91,46%.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to design a performance measurement model for the canned crab industry supply chain at PT Kelola Mina Laut (KML) Cikande. The research addresses four main questions: the mechanism of the canned crab product supply chain at PT KML Cikande, its performance measurement method, the aspects that need improvement, and the design of the supply chain performance measurement model. The study identifies and analyzes the supply chain processes and performance using the Supply Chain Operation Reference Digital Standard (SCOR-DS) v14.0 and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The supply chain network structure includes suppliers, miniplants, plants, distributors, retailers, Horeca, and end customers. Performance analysis using the SCOR-DS model and AHP method indicates that the performance score of the miniplant is 90.24%, while the plant is 81.81%. The miniplant needs to improve its supply chain lead time and yield rate, while the plant needs to enhance its supply chain lead time, yield rate, order fulfillment cycle time, supply chain flexibility, and cash-to-cash cycle time. A Google Spreadsheet-based measurement model is designed to enable the company to periodically evaluate logistic performance based on the SCOR-DS and AHP models. The study concludes that the supply chain aspects that need improvement are related to productivity and order cycle time, and suggests targeted strategies for continuous improvement in these areas. The formulated performance improvement strategies are projected to increase the miniplant's performance to 96.97% and the plant's performance to 91.46%.
