dc.description.abstractAdopsi hybrid work yang dipercepat oleh teknologi dan pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan manfaat besar kepada organisasi. Adaptasi organisasi terhadap model ini menggabungkan fleksibilitas kerja jarak jauh dan tatap muka, mencerminkan preferensi baru dalam tenaga kerja. Terdapat tren positif pada SDG ke-8 di Indonesia, menekankan pentingnya pembangunan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan terhadap hybrid work, decent work, dan work engagement, menganalisis pengaruh hybrid work terhadap work engagement dan decent work, serta menganalisis peran decent work sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian dilakukan di PT XYZ yang bergerak di sektor telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel hybrid work, decent work, dan work engagement serta decent work memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediator parsial.
dc.description.abstractThe adoption of hybrid work, accelerated by technology and the COVID-19 pandemic, has brought great benefits to organizations. Organizational adaptation to this model combines the flexibility of remote and face-to-face work, reflecting new preferences in the workforce. There is a positive trend on SDG 8 in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of sustainable development. The purpose of this research is to identify employee perceptions of hybrid work, decent work, and work engagement, analyze the effect of hybrid work on work engagement and decent work, and analyze the role of decent work as a mediator variable. The research was conducted at PT XYZ, which is engaged in the telecommunications sector. This research used quantitative data derived from primary sources and secondary sources. This research used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. Based on the research, there is a positive relationship between hybrid work, decent work, and work engagement variables and decent work has a role as a partial mediator variable.
