Evaluasi Penerapan Good Farming Practice (GFP) Usaha Ayam Broiler di Palasah Farm Mitra PT Ciomas Adi Satwa Majalengka
Abstract
Dunia perunggasan yang semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat dengan
skala usaha rumah tangga terus berkembang di berbagai daerah, sementara itu
usaha-usaha skala besar juga semakin berkembang dan mampu menjalankan
usahanya dengan lebih efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
penerapan Good Farming Practice (GFP) yang dilakukan pada usaha ayam broiler
di Palasah Farm dan mengkaji nilai performa produksi ayam broiler. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data primer
terbatas. Data dianalisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Variabel yang diamati
meliputi evaluasi aspek pembinaan, aspek proses produksi, aspek pelestarian
lingkungan hidup dan aspek pengawasan. Strategi pada analisis SWOT
meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan hasil
produksi, strategi yang dapat dimanfaatkan, memperluas pasar, dan menjalin
kerjasama dengan peternak lain. Penerapan aspek Good Farming Practice telah
dilakukan dengan sangat baik memperoleh nilai performa GFP sebesar 91,87% dan
pencapaian Indeks performa (IP) sebesar 449. The world of poultry, which is increasingly popular among the public, with
the scale of a household business, continues to grow in various regions, meanwhile
large-scale businesses are also growing and are able to run their business more
efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Good
Farming Practice (GFP) carried out in the broiler business at Palasah Farm and
knowing the value of broiler production performance based on Feed Conversion
Ratio (FCR), Performance Index (IP), Depletion. The research method used is a
case study by collecting limited primary data. The results of the data were analyzed
using descriptive analysis methods and SWOT analysis. Variables observed include
evaluation of aspects of advice, aspects of the production process, aspects of
environmental preservation and aspects of supervision. Strategies on SWOT
analysis are increasing production capacity, expanding markets and increasing
production yields, strategies that can beutilized, expanding markets, and
establishing cooperation with other breeders. The implementation of Good Farming
Practice aspects has been carried out very well, achieving a GFP performance score
of 91.87% and an achievement of a Performance Index (IP) of 449.
