Peningkatan produktivitas pada proses produksi karet alam dengan pendekatan green productivity (studi kasus di pt. xyz)

Abstract

The productivity issues are the integral part in the industrial world. These because the productivity is one of the industrial sustainability indicators in the future. Productivity could be Improved by reducing the waste generated. The productivity improvement of natural rubber production process in the PT. XYZ have been accomplished. The current state analysis of green productivity measurement was used by using the green productivity indexing (GPI) method. The current state GPI measurement result for the production of ribbed smoked sheet is 0.269 while the brown crepe products result is 1.089. There are four alternative strategies to improve the green productivity in the PT. XYZ based on expert opinion. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process method, He reuse of water process was obtained as the alternative strategy choosen, with 0.336 for the weight value. The implementation of the selected alternative strategy shows the reducing of the Environmental impact as 3.565 for the production of ribbed smoked sheet and 0.538 for the Production of brown crepe. The implementation of the selected alternative strategies also shows the Green productivity increasing to 0.690 for the production of ribbed smoked sheet with 2.565 GP ratio and 3.889 for brown crepe product with 3.571 GP ratio.
