Abstract

Small and micro industries are prospective to develop and venture capital is an alternative to finance The industries by providing capital, technology access, and management consultant to get a higher Peturn. Venture capital need to select prospective small and micro scale business to optimize their Return on the investment and to minimize the investment risk. For venture capital, decision to deal Math a right industry is the key of successful investment. The objective of this work is to simplify the selection process for the venture capital by using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process to handle Haguistic scale grading in evaluate deals. Criterion are selected according to Indonesian venture cupital expert and literatures. Those criterion are product or service, market potential, financial, return, risk, and entrepreneur management team. Methods used in venture capital's deal evaluation @re Venture Capital method for limited company or private equity company, and Net Present Value method for non-limited company.
