Performance Analysis helps company for improving their performance. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) confirms that improving performance can be achieved through integration of stakeholders in company. Cup filling line of PT X becomes the case study of this research. Cup filling line is one of most important part of PT X as food and beverages manufacturing company. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is used for measuring the line’s performance as for machine’s condition assessment applies Fuzzy Associative Memory (FAM) based modeling. There were two mobile applications built in this research based on analysis and design toward Production Line 3 in PT X. The two application provided the environment to integrate the stakeholders, Production Division and Department of Engineering and IT. Production record during May to June 2014 was used to evaluate model and application. The result shows that average performance was 79.04% and machine ran fairly during May to June 2014. However, assessment model need to be improved and there was a bug appearing in application to be concerned.id
