Quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) have disadvantage of being susceptible to stress, which can lead to weight loss and disruption of reproductive function. One of the ingredients added to improve quail immunity and productivity is ginger and sambiloto. This study aimed to analyze the performance of quails fed drinking water containing sambilato (Andrographis paniculata) and ginger (Zingiber officinale) extracts. This study used laying quails aged 3-5 weeks that were given drinking water containing sambiloto and ginger with concentrations of 0%, 3%, 6% and 9%. The observed variables were egg production, egg weight, feed consumption, feed conversion, drinking water consumption, quail live weight before slaughter, blood weight, feather weight, offal weight, IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost), and mortality. Quail given ginger and sambiloto in drinking water did not show significantly different results on quail performance. The results showed that quails fed drinking water containing sambiloto and ginger had a significant effect (P<0.05) on egg production. The addition of 6% reached the highest number on the egg production variable which was 46%.id
