| dc.description.abstract | Tokek rumah (Gekko gecko) adalah hewan reptil satwa harapan yang
mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan. Saat ini populasinya terancamakibat
perburuan liar sehingga perlu dibudidayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis performa tokek jantan (ukuran morfometri dan pertambahan bobot
badan) yang diberi pakan jangkrik pada kondisi berbeda. Peubah yang diamati
adalah pertambahan morfometrik dengan parameter berupa tail length (TL), base
of tail (BT), body length (BL), femur length (FL), radius length (RL), humerus
length (HL), width of head (WH), length of head (LH), snout-vent length (SVL),
dan produktivitas (pertambahan bobot badan). Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 ekor
tokek jantan yang diambil dari alam dan dipelihara selama 42 hari dengan
pemberian jangkrik pada kondisi berbeda. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan
statistik deskriptif, uji-T berpasangan dan uji-T tidak berpasangan. Hasil
menunjukan bahwa pemberian jangkrik pada kondisi pakan bergerak memberikan
pertambahan pada ukuran morfometrik dan bobot badan sedangkan pada kondisi
pakan diam mengalami penyusutan. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | The domestic tokay gecko (Gekko gecko) is a hopeful animal reptile that has
the potential to develop, whose population is currently threatened by wild hunting
so it needs to be cultivated. The study aimed to analyze the performance of male
tokek (morphometric measurements and body weight gains) given to an anchor in
different conditions. The observed variables are morphometric additions with
parameters such as tail length (TL), base of tail (BT), body length (BL), femur
length (FL), radius length (RL), humerus length (HL), width of head (WH), length
of head (LH), snout-vent length (SVL), and productivity. The study used 20 males
who were taken from nature and kept for 42 days with anchorage in different
conditions. The research data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, pairs-T tests
and non-pairs T tests. The results showed that the administration of anchorage in
moving feed conditions resulted in an increase in morphometric size and body
weight while in non-moving feed conditions there was a shrinkage. | id |
