      Abstract
      Madu merupakan bahan makanan yang sangat bermanfaat karena banyak mengandung unsur-unsur yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Madu tidak hanya dijadikan minuman saja tetapi juga digunakan sebagai obat-obatan. Sekarang ini madu banyak digunakan dalan~in dustri pangan.
