      Desain Produk Minyak Pala Terpeneless

      Abstract
      Minyak pala terpeneless merupakan produk turunan dari minyak pala yang memiliki stabilitas dan kelarutan dalam alkohol lebih baik sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan minyak pala. Di Indonesia belum ada perusahaan yang memproduksi minyak pala terpeneless. PT Alam Indonesia Raharja (AIR) tergerak untuk mengembangkan usahanya di bidang minyak pala terpeneless. Namun, PT AIR belum memiliki rancangan untuk membuat minyak pala terpeneless. Desain produk menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat membantu mitra menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Ada empat aspek penting dalam mendesain produk minyak pala terpeneless, yaitu spesifikasi bahan baku atau pemilihan bahan baku, spesifikasi produk, sertifikat halal dan sertifikat natural. Dalam penelitian ini, keempat aspek tersebut akan dibahas dan dirancang melalui studi literatur dari berbagai sumber informasi yang tersedia.
       
      Terpeneless nutmeg oil is a derivative product of nutmeg oil which has better stability and solubility in alcohol so that it has a higher selling value than nutmeg oil. In Indonesia, there is no company that produces terpeneless nutmeg oil. PT Alam Indonesia Raharja (AIR) was moved to develop its business in the field of terpeneless nutmeg oil. However, PT AIR did not have a design to make terpeneless nutmeg oil. Product design is one of the solutions that can help partners solve this problem. There are four important aspects in designing terpeneless nutmeg oil products, namely raw material specifications or raw material selection, product specifications, halal certificates and natural certificates. In this research, these four aspects will be discussed and designed through literature studies from various available sources of information.
