      Abstract
      Bawang putih varietas Tawangmangu Baru dengan kualitas super dalam tahap uji coba tanam di Kecamatan Selo. Kemudian, Kelompok Tani Argo Ayuningtani dipercayakan dalam uji coba pengembangan varietas bawang putih yang baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (i) menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal; (ii) merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha hulurisasi; (iii) merumuskan rancangan model bisnis untuk mengembangkan komoditas bawang putih; dan (iv) menganalisis kelayakan bisnis untuk mengembangkan komoditas bawang putih varietas Tawangmangu Baru di Kelompok Tani Argo Ayuningtani. Penelitian ini dimulai dari Oktober 2021-Maret 2023. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan pada Desa Senden, Kecamatan Selo. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis SWOT, dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Tani Argo Ayuningtani berada pada posisi grow dan build berdasarkan analisis menggunakan matriks IE. Pada perhitungan matriks SWOT, menghasilkan 12 alternatif strategi. Sedangkan kelayakan bisnis pada PT Kelompok Tani Argo Ayuningtani menunjukkan NPV yang positif, IRR lebih besar dari tingkat pengembalian, Net B/C diatas 1 dan PP sebesar 2 tahun.
       
      Tawangmangu Baru garlic variety with super quality in the trial stage in Selo district. Then, the Argo Ayuningtani Farmers Group was entrusted with the trials of developing new garlic varieties. The objectives of this research are: (i) to analyze the internal and external conditions; (ii) to formulate a strategy for developing the upstreamization business; (iii) to formulate a business model design; and (iv) to analyze the business feasibility of developing the Tawangmangu Baru variety garlic commodity in the Argo Ayuningtani Farmer Group. This research starts from October 2021-March 2023. The research location was carried out in Senden Village, Selo District. The analytical method used were descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, and financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that Argo Ayuningtani Farmer Group is in a grow and build position based on an analysis using the IE matrix. In calculation of the SWOT matrix, it produces 12 alternative strategies. While, business feasibility at Argo Ayuningtani Farmer Group shows a positive NPV, IRR is greater than the rate of return, Net B/C is above 1 and PP is 2 years
