Employee engagement (EGM) is an approach to determine how employee bounds at the company where they work at. This study aims to identify the variables that most influence on EGM and develop the best strategies to improve it. The higher the employee bounded to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the better it affects the productivity of human resources in an organization. Identification of EGM responses were conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees where the Likert scale was applied. The result of the questionnaire was analyzed using Relief method. It generated 5 top rank variables that were most influential on EGM deployment. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) helped to determine the level of efficiency in each Decision Making Unit (DMU). The result indicated that the whole efficiency could be measured in the head office department. DEA method obtained efficiencies 5 department during 2013 and 2014 periods. EGM score influenced the evaluation sensitivity. The best strategy was to fulfill improvement projection as the target for each department, it is required to increase EGM score by keeping the 5 top rank variables.id
