dc.description.abstractPerkembangan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi membuat jumlah lowongan kerja yang terbuka bertambah banyak, dimana seseorang dapat mencari kerja lebih mudah, karena itu dapat membuat orang yang mempunyai kemampuan dan pengalaman yang baik dapat berpindah-pindah tempat kerja untuk mendapatkan peluang meningkatkan gaji dan upah yang diterima. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi terhadap kontribusi kinerja di PT. UTAC Manufacturing. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai, (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai, (3) kompensasi finansial dan gaya kepemimpinan bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifika terhadap motivasi pegawai, dan (4) motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kontribusi kinerja pegawai.id
dc.description.abstractDevelopments in economic growth makes the number of open job vacancies increase where a person can find work more easily, because it can make people who have good skills and experience able to move from their place of work to another where they might get opportunities to increase their salary and wages they receive. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of financial compensation, leadership style, and motivation on performance contribution at PT. UTAC Manufacturing. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that (1) financial compensation has a significant effect on employee motivation, (2) leadership style has a significant effect on employee motivation, (3) financial compensation and leadership style together have a significant effect on employee motivation, and (4) motivation has a significant effect on the contribution of employee performance.id
