dc.description.abstractAdanya pandemi Covid-19 yang mulai mereda dan izin yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, mendorong para pebisnis Event Organizer (EO) untuk mengadakan kembali konser musik K-Pop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pembeli tiket konser musik K-pop di Jabodetabek dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket konser musik K-Pop di Jabodetabek. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik voluntary sampling. Untuk total responden pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 177 responden yang pernah menonton konser musik K-Pop dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket konser musik K-Pop, sedangkan lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket konser musik K-Pop di Jabodetabek.id
dc.description.abstractThe presence of the Covid-19 pandemic that had begun to subside and the permission granted by the government, encouraged Event Organizers (EO) to organize K-Pop music concerts once again. This research aimed to identify characteristics of music concert K-pop ticket buyers in Jabodetabek and analyze the influence of price, location, and service quality on the decision to purchase K-Pop concert tickets in Jabodetabek. As for the sampling technique used in this research, it was conducted using the non-probability sampling method with voluntary sampling technique. The total number of respondents in this study was 177 individuals who had attended K-Pop music concerts and domiciled in Jabodetabek. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study showed that price had a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase K-Pop concert tickets, while location and service quality did not have a significant influence on the decision to purchase K-Pop concert tickets in Jabodetabek.id
