dc.description.abstractPaylater merupakan salah satu tren financial technology yang menawarkan layanan pembayaran secara mencicil. Semakin bertambahnya pengguna paylater dan tawaran kemudahan membuat paylater disukai penggunanya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh karakteristik konsumen dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap sikap pengguna paylater di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan non probability sampling sebagai teknik penentuan contoh. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini yaitu 278 orang yang merupakan pengguna paylater dengan domisili Jabodetabek dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, SPSS 26, dan SmartPLS. Responden penelitian ini didominasi oleh usia Generasi Z, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berstatus lajang, pelajar, dan berpendapatan kurang dari Rp2.000.000. Ditemukan bahwa jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status pernikahan, dan pendapatan berhubungan dengan persepsi kemudahan. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pendapatan terhadap persepsi kemudahan dan kemudian persepsi kemudahan terhadap sikap.id
dc.description.abstractPaylater is one of the financial technology trends that offers payment services in installments. The increasing number of paylater users and the offer of convenience make paylater favored by its users. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of consumer characteristics and perceived ease of use (PEOU) on the attitudes of paylater users in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and non-probability sampling as the sample determination technique. The total of respondents was 278 people who were paylater users that lived in Jabodetabek and at least 17 years old. Data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel, SPSS 26, and SmartPLS. Respondents were dominated by Z Generation, female, single, student, and had an income of less than IDR2.000.000. It was found that sex, education, marital status, and income were correlated with PEOU. The PLS test shows that income is positively correlated to PEOU.id
