      Abstract
      Skill-mismatch merupakan ketidakcocokan keahlian tenaga kerja yang dimiliki dengan kebutuhan keahlian tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh industri. Sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengurangi fenomena skill-mismatch, kematangan karir yang baik harus dimikili oleh setiap mahasiswa untuk mempersiapkan karir pasca kampusnya. Kematangan karir memiliki berbagai faktor-faktor penunjang yang mempengaruhinya, salah satunya adalah faktor internal locus of control. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diolah melalui analisis statistik deskripstif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara internal locus of control dan kematangan karir mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB University
       
      Skill-mismatch is a mismatch between the skills of the workforce and the needs of the workforce skills needed by the industry. As one way to reduce the skillmismatch phenomenon, good career maturity must be possessed by every student to prepare for their post-college career. Career maturity has various supporting factors that influence it, one of which is the internal locus of control factor. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of internal locus of control on the career maturity of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of IPB. The research used a quantitative approach processed through descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence between internal locus of control and career maturity of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of IPB University.
