Direct implementation of ERP in PT Sukaraja Pangan Utama (SPU) new product development (NPD) business process was not possible, which deviated from the existing open-source ERP module framework. Based on these problems, this project aims to design NPD modules according to user needs that are equipped with data integration and process automation and are able to increase efficiency. The method used in this project is the engineering design stage. The data used consists of primary data obtained from the observation and distribution of questionnaires. Data is processed using software and mathematical calculations to produce NPD modules that meet success criteria and are accepted by users. The project succeeded in developing an NPD module according to user needs which is equipped with data integration that is connected with project, website, and contract management, has process automation that is able to calculate the customer product preferences, and is proven to increase efficiency up to 6 times or 600% faster. Based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), NPD modules were accepted by PT SPU. Preparation for implementation is carried out by creating ideal business processes and SOPs as a work reference for employees.id
