dc.description.abstractPemerintah Kota Pariaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat menetapkan Kampung Perak sebagai sentra makanan ringan di kota tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah usaha mikro meningkat 29% selama tahun 2020-2022. Usaha mikro makanan harus memiliki strategi pengembangan usaha sehingga mampu bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor internal dan eksternal usaha mikro makanan, merumuskan strategi pengembangan, dan menentukan strategi prioritas pengembangan usaha mikro makanan. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan non probability sampling, yang melibatkan 4 responden pakar terdiri dari 3 responden pemilik usaha mikro, 1 akademisi, dan 1 responden dari Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi (Perindagkop) dan UKM Kota Pariaman. Analisis data menggunakan matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), matriks External Factor Evaluation (EFE), matriks Internal Eksternal (IE), Strengths Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama usaha mikro adalah produk merupakan makanan khas daerah Sumatera Barat. Hal tersebut didukung oleh peluang jumlah wisatawan yang meningkat setiap tahunnya. Rumusan strategi alternatif yaitu memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan kualitas produk, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, memperluas promosi, dan meningkatkan hubungan kerjasama. Strategi prioritas berdasarkan QSPM adalah memperluas pangsa pasar. Kata Kunci: matriks EFE, matriks IFE, SWOT, Usaha Mikro, QSPM.id
dc.description.abstractThe Pariaman City Government has designated Kampung Perak as a snack center in this city. It has caused micro businesses to increase by 29% during the 2020-2022 period. The micro business should have a business development strategy to survive. This study aims to explain the internal and external factors of food micro-enterprises, formulate development strategies, and formulate a priority strategy for the development of micro-food businesses. The sample was selected based on a non-probability sampling technique, which involved 5 expert respondents consisting of 3 respondents from micro business owners, 1 academics, and 1 respondent from the Cooperative Labor Trade Office (Perindagkop) and SMEs in Pariaman City. Data analysis used the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, Internal External (IE) matrix, Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT), and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The main strength of micro businesses is the product is a typical food of West Sumatra. This is supported by the opportunity for the number of tourists to increase. There are five alternative strategies, namely expanding market share, increasing product quality, improving the quality of human resources, improving promotion, and increasing cooperative relations.
