      Minimisasi Biaya Pengadaan Tongkol Jagung dan Sekam Padi untuk Bahan Baku Bio-CNG di PT Gerbang NTB Emas

      Abstract
      Penggunaan gas bumi yang berlebihan mengakibatkan penurunan cadangannya di alam. Sehingga dibutuhkan energi alternatif pengganti gas bumi yaitu Bio-Compressed Natural Gas (Bio-CNG) yang memiliki kemiripan dengan gas bumi. Bahan baku Bio-CNG dapat berupa limbah pertanian seperti tongkol jagung dan sekam padi. Sehingga, kebutuhan kombinasi bahan baku tersebut perlu diperhatikan oleh PT Gerbang NTB Emas sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi serta distribusi Bio-CNG. Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) mengidentifikasi alternatif kombinasi bahan baku Bio-CNG dari tongkol jagung dan sekam padi. (2) melakukan analisis sensitivitas biaya dan sumber daya pengadaan bahan baku tanpa mengubah nilai optimumnya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode simplek. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu alternatif kombinasi tongkol jagung dan sekam padi menunjukan komposisi yang berbeda pada setiap bulannya. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukan bahwa tongkol jagung dan sekam padi tetap optimal jika berada pada interval tertentu. Biaya minimum pembelian keseluruhan atas alternatif kombinasi bahan baku tongkol jagung dan sekam padi yang dapat dibeli oleh perusahaan sebesar Rp6.293.663.300,00.
       
      Excessive use of natural gas will result in a shortage of reserves in nature. Alternative energy is needed to replace natural gas, such us Bio-Compressed Natural Gas (Bio-CNG) which has a resemblance to natural gas. Bio-CNG raw materials can be in the form of agricultural waste such as corn cobs and rice husks. Thus, the need for a combination of raw materials must be considered by PT Gerbang NTB Emas as a company engaged in the production and distribution of Bio-CNG. The aims of this research are (1) to identify an alternative combination of raw materials for Bio-CNG from corn cobs and rice husks. (2) perform a sensitivity analysis of costs and resources for procuring raw materials without changing the optimum value. The method used in this study is the simplex method. The results obtained shows alternative combinations of corn cobs and rice husks showing different combinations every month. Sensitivity analysis showed that corncobs and rice husks remained optimal at certain intervals. The overall minimum purchase cost of the alternative combination of raw materials for corn cobs and rice husks that can be purchased by the company is Rp6.293.663.300,00.
