Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Kompensasi Berbasis Job Value pada PT Banjarnegara Agro Mandiri Sejahtera
Abstract
PT. Banjarnegara Agro Mandiri Sejahtera merupakan salah satu UKM yang terletak di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang bergerak di bidang food and beverage (fnb). Di sisi lain, PT Banjarnegara Agro Mandiri Sejahtera belum memberikan upah sesuai dengan nilai upah minimum yang berlaku dan belum menerapkan prinsip keadilan internal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi sistem kompensasi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan, menganalisis faktor-faktor dasar dalam penetapan sistem kompensasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi sistem perancangan kompensasi yang ideal. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2022 – Januari 2023. Metode penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif, metode poin, job grading, salary maping, serta penyesuaian. Data primer berupa kuesioner dan data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Adapun faktor kompensasi (compensable factor) yang digunakan berupa pendidikan formal, pengalaman bekerja, kemampuan manajerial, pengambilan keputusan, konsekuensi kesalahan, tantangan berpikir, kebebasan bertindak, kompleksitas kerja, usaha fisik, dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa sistem kompensasi yang ideal untuk diterapkan oleh perusahaan adalah sistem kompensasi tumpang tindih atau overlapping. Banjarnegara Agro Mandiri Sejahtera Ltd is one of the SMEs located in Banjarnegara Regency which is engaged in the food and beverage (fnb) sector. In the other side, Banjarnegara Agro Mandiri Sejahtera Ltd has not paid wages in accordance with the applicable minimum wage and has not applied the principle of internal justice. The purpose of this study was to identify the compensation system implemented by the company, analyze the basic factors in determining the compensation system, and provide recommendations for the ideal compensation design system. The research was conducted in October 2022 – January 2023. The research method includes a descriptive analysis, point method, job grading, salary mapping, and adjustments. Primary data in the form of questionaries and secondary data in the form of literature studies. The compensable factors used are formal education, work experience, managerial ability, decision making, consequences of mistakes, thinking challenges, freedom of action, work complexity, physical effort, and communication. Based on the research results, it was known that the ideal compensation system to be implemented by companies is an overlapping compensation system.
