      Abstract
      Rumah Sakit Wisma Rini merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta kelas D di Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kompeten menjadi salah satu komponen penting bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk mewujudkan visi misi perusahaan memberikan pelayanan komprehensif kepada masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan perusahaan dapat meningkat apabila karyawan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi dan komitmen karyawan yang terbentuk didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Wisma Rini Lampung dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, SEM-PLS dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan dikategorikan baik; budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; komitmen karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan; budaya organisasi dan komitmen karyawan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Wisma Rini Lampung.
       
      Wisma Rini Hospital is a class D private hospital in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. The development of qualified and competent human resources is a leading parameter for the hospital to realize the company's vision and mission to provide comprehensive services to the community. The company's service quality can increase if employees have good performance. Employee performance in a company can be influenced by organizational culture and employee commitment formed therein. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee commitment on employee performance at Wisma Rini Hospital Lampung using descriptive analysis methods, SEM-PLS, and the F test. The results showed that organizational culture, employee commitment, and employee performance were categorized as good; organizational culture influences employee performance; employee commitment does not influence employee performance; organizational culture influences employee commitment; organizational culture and employee commitment simultaneously influence the performance of Wisma Rini Hospital Lampung employees.
