      Abstract
      Masyarakat dapat berkontribusi dalam pengadaan dana pendidikan melalui skema wakaf produktif. Namun, pengelolaan wakaf produktif untuk pendidikan belum sepenunya optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman, serta prioritas strategi dalam pengelolaan wakaf pendidikan perguruan tinggi oleh nazir Lembaga Yakesma. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP) dengan jaringan Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa memanfaatkan peluang menjadi prioritas utama dalam mengelola wakaf pendidikan perguruan tinggi oleh nazir Yakesma. Variabel kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang paling berpengaruh yaitu profesionalisme nazir menjalankan tugas, sumber daya nazir yang terbatas, adanya mitra wakaf, dan kurangnya kontinuitas wakif untuk berwakaf. Strategi yang paling prioritas untuk diterapkan adalah memperluas kerja sama penghimpunan dana wakaf pendidikan perguruan tinggi.
       
      Communities can contribute to the provision of education funds through productive waqf schemes. However, the management of productive waqf for education is not yet optimal. This study aims to identify the aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and strategic priorities in the management of higher education waqf by Nazir Yakesma Institute. The method used is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) with the Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) network. The results shows that taking the advantage of opportunities is a top priority in managing tertiary education waqf by Nazir Yakesma. The most influential variables of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is nazir's professionalism in carrying out their duties, limited nazir's resources, the presence of waqf partners, and the lack of wakif continuity for waqf. The most priority strategy to be implemented was to expand cooperation in collecting waqf funds for higher education.
