This study aims to analyze the effect of fathers' perceptions of children's education, provision of children's educational facilities, and parent-child communication on the motivation to continue schooling in adolescent families of circular migrant workers. This research is quantitative research with a sampling method with non-probability sampling through the snowball sampling technique. This study’s respondents were 40 children and 40 fathers using a questionnaire via Google Forms. The results showed that the father's last education, children's educational facilities, and child-mother communication had a significant positive relationship with motivation to continue school. The father's last education and the child's communication with the mother were significantly positively related to the child's educational facilities. Children's educational facilities, frequency of return, and child-mother communication significantly positively affect motivation to continue school.
