      Perancangan Perbaikan Tata Letak di Factory Sharing Pengalengan Pangan

      Abstract
      PT Kita Satu Rasa sebagai suatu factory sharing memiliki tantangan untuk menyediakan produk pangan yang berkualitas melalui proses produksi yang lancar, aman, dan bermutu. Namun, dalam pengamatan langsung masih ditemukan permasalahan utamanya pada kondisi tata letak yang dapat memengaruhi kelancaran proses produksi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT Kita Satu Rasa pada tata letak pabrik pengalengan saat ini yaitu penempatan aktivitas yang terpencar, aliran backtracking, dan ketidaksesuaian allowance pada area kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi awal tata letak pabrik pengalengan dan menganalisis perbaikan tata letak pabrik pengalengan. Perancangan perbaikan tata letak dilakukan dengan metode SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) dan algoritma CORELAP (Computerized Layout Planning). Tata letak usulan pada pabrik pengalengan menghasilkan peningkatan efisiensi jarak perpindahan material sebesar 28,89% berdasarkan hasil simulasi.
       
      PT Kita Satu Rasa, as a sharing factory, has challenges providing quality food products through a safe and quality production process. The problems PT Kita Satu Rasa faced in the current layout of the canning factory are the placement of scattered activities, backtracking flow, and inappropriate allowances in the work area. However, in direct observation, the main problem is still found in the layout conditions that will affect the safety and quality of the final product. This study aims to identify the initial conditions and analyze the improvement of the cannery layout. The layout improvement design uses the SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) method and the CORELAP (Computerized Layout Planning) algorithm. The proposed layout of the cannery increased the efficiency of the material transfer distance by 28.89%, based on the simulation results.
