      Abstract
      Produk sayuran yang diproduksi oleh para petani di Desa Ciaruteun Ilir tidak sepenuhnya terserap oleh mitra mereka sehingga terdapat banyak sayuran yang tidak terjual. Para petani ingin langsung menjual kepada konsumen akhir agar dapat meminimalisir ketidaterserapannya sayuran yang masih tersisa. Produk Rumah Kemasan Sayuran Desa Ciaruteun Ilir belum dikenal sehingga pasar produk yang dimiliki belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep produk dan model bisnis produk Rumah Kemasan Sayuran Desa Ciaruteun Ilir agar lebih diterima dan diinginkan oleh target pasar yang dituju. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap eksplorasi, ideasi, dan verifikasi. Segmen konsumen yang ditargetkan adalah masyarakat Bogor yang berusia produktif dari kalangan menengah ke atas. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah konsep produk dan model bisnis Rumah Kemasan Sayuran Desa Ciaruteun Ilir yang menyediakan sayuran yang berkualitas, bervariatif, dan cara pascapanen yang baik
       
      Vegetable products produced by farmers in Ciaruteun Ilir Village are not fully absorbed by their partners, so many unsold vegetables exist. Farmers want to sell directly to final consumers in order to minimize the non-absorption of the remaining vegetables. The product of the Ciaruteun Ilir Vegetable Packaging House is not yet known, so the market for its products is not optimal. This study aims to develop the product concept and business model of the Ciaruteun Ilir Vegetable Packaging House so that it is more accepted and desired by the intended target market. The research consists of stages of exploration, ideation, and verification. The targeted consumer segment is the productive age of the Bogor residents from the upper middle class. The solution offered is the product concept and business model of the Ciaruteun Ilir Vegetable Packaging House, which provides quality, varied, and good postharvest vegetables.
