dc.description.abstractDepartemen TIN IPB merupakan salah satu departemen yang memiliki kinerja inovasi yang tinggi di IPB yang ditunjukkan dengan jumlah publikasi, paten, dan kegiatan pengembangan usaha tetapi belum adanya suatu unit yang dapat menunjang transfer teknologi sehingga terciptanya ko-kreasi unit akselerasi inovasi dalam bentuk kegiatan peningkatan nilai tambah bagi UMK Agroindustri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan model bisnis dengan BMC, menganalisis SWOT serta merumuskan alternatif strategi BMC yang baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta pengembangan model bisnis menggunakan BMC. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh alternatif strategi yaitu pengembangan pasar, bekerja sama dengan mitra potensial, peningkatan kapasitas dan kualitas SDM, membangun personal branding, bekerja sama dengan mitra potensial dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki Unit Akselerasi Inovasi. Strategi tersebut telah diperoleh berdasarkan kombinasi sembilan elemen BMC dengan analisis SWOT.id
dc.description.abstractDepartment of TIN IPB is one of the departments that has a high innovation performance in IPB which is indicated by the number of publications, patents, and business development activities but there is no unit that can support technology transfer so as to creat co-creation of innovation acceleration units in the form of added value for Agroindustry MSEs. This study aims to map the business model with BMC, SWOT analysis and formulate alternative strategies for the new BMC. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the form of field observations, interviews and documentation as well as business model development using the BMC. Based on the results of the research, alternative strategies were obtained, namely market development, collaborating with potential partners, increasing the capacity and quality of human resources, collaborating with potential partners and optimizing the resources of the Innovation Acceleration Unit. The strategy has been obtained based on a combination of nine elements of the BMC with SWOT analysis.id
