Beef consumption in Indonesia is only 34% compared to the world average. The main reason is the high price due to the long supply chain. As an importer and distributor of frozen food, PT XYZ provides meat at competitive prices. Production unit is a new unit that performs the process of cutting, milling, or repackaging to reach a broader range of consumers. The information system has not yet been formed, so it becomes an obstacle in product documentation and tracking. This study aims to analyze the production process flow, design information system components with its quality parameters, make system prototypes, implementation and evaluation system prototypes. Product definition is stable and system requirement is well-known hence, SDLC method and waterfall model are used. Black-box testing shows that the user can carry out all parts of the production information system appropriately. System implementation showed that the data access time increased from 5 minutes to 5 seconds, the data input time from 10 minutes to 4 minutes, and reports of production units that did not exist before became available. Exponential smoothing has highest accuracy compared to other forecasting method with 30.86 MSE value, 5.55 MAD value, and 90% accuracy.id
